Conditioning

 

Conditioning is extremely important to increase endurance and develop a cheerleader's skill in jumps, tumbling, and stunts. All of the conditioning lists are not used in practices, since most practices are only two hours long. These lists are encouraged to be used at home if a cheerleader feels like she needs extra help in a certain area of cheerleading, or if she just wants to improve her skills. Most of these exercises are used at the national and college level.
